Lunch on Saturday, Sunday. Drinks and Refreshments, personal items, Travel to and from the Hotel. Transfers are arranged separately and charged at cost. |

(5) OPTIONAL Cancellation Insurance XTRA - £20 - This provides FULL refund of 100% of the package booked where our normal cancellation policy would provide only a reduced refund for cases of Acts of God such as Volcanic Eruptions/Extreme weather preventing travel on public transport or Serious Medical condition or serious Accident of the MEMBER booked preventing attendance. Valid for cancellations received in writing or email, up to 2359HRS, Wednesday September 30th. (DOES NOT cover any related Travel expenses to or from the Event or the effect of delays once a journey has commenced) Must be purchased with booking or before 1st August, 2010. Non refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Note this year, following this years 2 major climatic events that caused disruption, we provide an optional "Cancellation XTRA" insurance in case your own travel insurance may not be appropriate or active.
- Bridge Club Live are acting as agents and are not tour operators.
- We reserve the right to cancel the Reunion at any time prior to July 31st. In this case, all monies held at that time are 100% refundable without any admin charge.
- You are responsible for your travel arrangements to and from the Hotel.
- You are strongly advised to have travel insurance in case of illness or cancellation.
- Cancellations before or on 1st August ( more than 2 calendar month) will be refunded in full, ie. 100%
- Cancellations before or on 1st September (more than 1 calendar month) will be refunded at 75% (If Insurance XTRA is purchased, 100%)
- Cancellations after 1st September but before or on Wednesday 22nd September will be refunded at 50% (If Insurance XTRA is purchased, 100%)
- Cancellations prior to 1200hrs, Wednesday, September 30th but less than 7 days - no refund (If Insurance XTRA is purchased, 100%)
