Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations more than 2 calendar months prior (ie Prior to December 18th) will be refunded in full, ie. 100%
  • Cancellations more than 1 calendar month prior (ie Prior to January 10th) will be refunded at 75%
  • Cancellations more than 14 days (ie Prior to January 27th) and less than 1 calendar Month prior will be refunded at 50%
  • Cancellations less than 14 days prior (On or after January 27th) - no refund

Cancellation XTRA insurance: - If taken at the time of booking, then any cancellation will provide 100% refund up to 1200am on Feb 8th.(ie: more than 48 hours)
