Peter is  a New Zealand National Level bridge player with over 40 years experience and is author of "The Diamond Major" now in its 3rd publication.

Peter is on line at various times depending what country he is in at the time!

Nick Justice, Managing Director & Co Founder nick@bridgeclublive.com NickJ (UK)

Nick is an experienced Electronics Engineer, originally from the Aerospace industry where he was Chief Engineer at Hawker Siddeley Dynamics in England. He is a trained pilot, an amatuer jazz musician who also runs a specialist Software & Internet related Systems company. He comes from a bridge playing family though rarely has time to play! He has 3 children who are now out in the big wide world.

Phil is one of the key members of our Software Team and is a bridge player, mathematician and database programmer - who does all our WEB based Bridge results design.

Phil is responsible for all client and server developments and you will find him on line  very late at night.   He also plays a mean guitar.....

Fran learned to play bridge at the Acol Club in London (UK) and played Duplicate and Rubber bridge in almost all the clubs in and around the area. After a degree in Education, she made a career in Pr & Advertising. She has been a successful professional charity fundraiser and also run her own retail business for many years.

Fran has a great love of words and language - creating humour whenever possible. At the bridge table, she can often be found howling with laughter and trying to offer the best 'one-liners' - the bridge almost forgotten.

Joke is our Member support manager who lives in Holland. She is a true bridge addict - and admits it and loves communicating with all our members on and off the screen!

Ed is a top rated player in the club, and has won several National events in the UK. Any serious ethics issue is passed to him as our internal consultant for review.

Tony organises all our Special Competitions which are run throughout the year.

After bringing up her 4 children, Therese is now working for the university of Fribourg, Switzerland. She joined BPL/BCL as a pioneer member in January 1997 and has the most online experience of any member within the club. She is the Personal Assistant to the Managing Director in the general day to day operation of the club.

John is an Honorary Chief Tournament director here and thus should ONLY be consulted in this area ( where he enjoys the challenge!) to take any enquiries regarding Law or Regulation.

Otherwise he is human and a EBU Tournament Director, very much the poacher turned game-keeper, who likes nothing more than a tough late night no-holds- barred scrap in the imps room.
