To celebrate 10 years of continous operation on July 1st 2005, members can participate in a unique opportunity to get their membership for by joining a our new "10-100" - Loyalty program.

Why?

We know that members come and go for a variety of reasons and we want to stimulate as many as possible to stay with us longer and we do NOT want price to be an issue on any decision. If you support us, you could even get FREE membership for LIFE after your 10th continuous year with us.

The program is a buy-in, once only payment that then will link to your current membership length to provide a discounted membership cost on a year by year basis. There is no obligation to puchase as it is totally optional.

How does it work?

Its very easy - if you have achieved 3 years of membership, then you can buy a 30% coupon, if you have reached 4 years, then you are entitled to purchase a 40% coupon and so on.

After each complete year, you could, if you felt it worthwhile, buy another coupon which will supercede any previous coupon and which will run continuously. There is no rebate for any previously purchased coupons.

Conversely, you can choose NOT to purchase a coupon and wait another year to be eligible for a higher rate coupon, or you may simply "run" with the coupon you are eligible for for the rest of your online playing membership years. The choice is yours.

If you have achieved ">5 years" as indicated on this page for you, then you will have to apply by email for us to check the archive records as to your number of years of continuous membership before proceeding to our Shop to buy the discount coupon.

Thus, as your years accumulate, you may choose at the end of 10 years to buy the 100% coupon and then have FREE membership for the rest of your life!

Period of Validity

The Loyalty program commences, from July 1st, 2005 and remains as a continuous loyalty program available to all members at all times.

Our scheme is based on our own 10 years of continuous operation in 2005 - our loyalty to you! You can show your loyalty to us and even obtain FREE membership after 10 years of continuous membership with us. The more you buy in, the more you will benefit. The discount will only apply after at least 1 year of membership.

Examples

  1. You have been a member 2 years and in your 3rd year.

    You are eligible to purchase a 20% coupon.

    All subsequent membership renewals, will benefit from a 20% discount for as long as you renew.

  2. You have been a member 3 years and in your 4th year. You have benefited from the 20% coupon in your last renewal.

    You feel you want to upgrade to a 30% coupon, this will cost £30 and replace your previous coupon. Thereafter you will benefit from 30% off all your subsequent renewals.

  3. You have been a member for 5 years

    You are eligible for a 50% coupon at £50. However you only want to puchase a 30% coupon. You will then benefit from 30% off all subsequent memberships until such time as maybe you wish to purchase a higher rate coupon.

  4. You have been a member for 2 years. You decide you dont want to puchase a coupon now, rather wait another year until you are eligible for a higher rate coupon.

  5. You have been a member for 8 years. You are eligible for an 80% discount. However, you want to wait until you have 10 years, and then buy, once only, the 100% coupon, so you can benefit from FREE membership from then on. The next two years will cost you £64 each year. However if you bought the 80% coupon for £80, the next two years membership will cost you only £12.80 each year, a saving of £52.20 each year or £104.40. So it would be more cost effective to buy the 80% coupon now, assuming you stay on as a member for these 2 years. You may then NOT choose the puchase the 100% coupon for £100, as you will only be paying £12.80/year and it would take 7 more years to be cost effective for you. Nevertheless you know you are getting a huge discount off your membership anyway!

The Small Print

  • Available to anyone who is a current member of at least 1 full year's standing

  • You can only buy ONE coupon ( so choose the % level carefully - they cannot be refunded or changed)

  • You must remain in continuous membership to maintain the discount as any break in membership cancels the coupon validity

  • The buy-in fee is non refundable

  • If any serious ethics incident be associated with a member and a judgement made, then their discount coupon is cancelled.

  • The scheme is NOT retrospective in any way - The discount begins with your NEXT membership renewal purchase.

  • Is only valid for annual memberships at the ruling price including any other discount already applied - all other types are not discountable.

  • Coupons are NON transferable and soley for use of the member that purchased the coupon.

  • Annual membership fees may change at any time in the future with at least 30 days notice and can go up or down. However the discount applies to price ruling at the time of membership renewal.

  • Coupons are processed manually initially - so please allow sufficient time ( up to 10 days)

  • All coupons are sent to the email address registered for your membership - make sure this is up to date.

  • We reserve the right to withdraw this loyalty program at any time for new applications, but no earlier than July 1st, 2006. All existing coupons will remain valid and honored for the rest of their life.

  • Coupons are ONLY redeemable via our SHOP and purchases using a credit card payment. However, under extreme circumstances we can manully invoke this facility via email where a member does not have a credit card.

  2. Go to our shop and select the coupon for the relevant years of membership and purchase it.

  3. Wait for an email with the Coupon Name which you can then use at any time you wish when you renew your next annual membership fee.
